Basil “Brad” Bradley Brennaman was born December 25th, 1979 in Vacaville, California to Sherry Marin and Louis Brennaman. Louis was a guitar repairman and His mother was a stay at home mother who believed that her only purpose in life was to bring great joy to her children. Both of his parents had grown up in the hippie revolution filled with the thoughts of peace and free love. Louis had several children from previous relationships, his mother had one other child, a daughter that she had given up for adoption when she was just a small child, at the time she was unable to take care of her because of her drug abuse and a run from the government.

When Brad was 6 years old the family moved to New York city to start a new life, his father stated that it was because he wanted to make it big in the big apple but even at a young age Brad knew that it was to make an attempt to sweep the sins of the past under a proverbial rug. At the age of 12 his mother, Sherry found out that she was in the late stages of ovarian cancer, it sent a rift throughout the small family, causing his father to leave and for Brad to take care of his dying mother. The boy that had been home schooled up until that point, was forced by the authorities to go to public school where he rebelled and was kicked out of several schools until he hit the age of 16 where he respectively withdrew from school and lived life on the streets, stealing and digging through dumpsters to get food and other things to survive.

After burying his mother, Brad got a job and set out to get his GED. He was sick of living life the way he had and wanted to be better than his father, better than anyone had dreamed. His older siblings, those that he knew; looked down on him for not only enrolling in GED classes but completing them and working hard to get into college. Though he only got into a community college to begin with he worked hard to get the best grades, make the dean’s list every time and eventually go onto a better college. Achieving a MBA in political science, Brad quickly caught the eye of a few activist groups, attorneys and local business people that wanted him to work for them. Choosing the lesser of the many evils that sought him out, he took up a position as a Business Consultant, though his future goal was to work his way up the chain on the government aspect of a political science degree.
